End of Year Message
Dear Friends of Middleton Grange,
As we complete a successful and challenging year, on behalf of our staff, I would like to thank you sincerely for your interest and support for our school during 2011. We are looking forward to working with you in 2012 and are very excited about some new initiatives that we hope will benefit students.
Success in 2011
We celebrated recently at a graduation ceremony and dinner the achievements of 35 international students who are enrolling to study next year at universities in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK and USA as well as their home countries. In particular, 6 of these students gained awards for top places in their courses. Academic success in NCEA and pathways to future study are a priority for Middleton Grange School.
New IELTS Preparation for University from 2012
For Year 12 or 13 students with lower English ability (around IELTS 4.5), we are offering an extra English course of 180 hours out of school time between February-September, in addition to a full school programme. This course will prepare students for entry to university foundation programmes and will provide an excellent alternative to the Year 13 NCEA pathway for University Entrance. If you would like further information for prospective students, please contact gregscott [at] middleton [dot] school [dot] nz
Enrolments for 2012
We have places available at all levels for commencing any time in 2012. Please email us if you would like to discuss prospective students and their requirements. Please contact gregscott [at] middleton [dot] school [dot] nz if you require any further information
